1/ Plan ahead - think location, weather, occasion, menu and aesthetics. Have you got a plan for each - is there somewhere for you to DASH in case the weather changes? Dress the table to make it personable and memorable, think a table fit for royalty! ⁠

2/ Make sure your food and drinks are on point. Gone are the days of sweaty sandwiches or sandy sausage rolls. I always love to accompany my tables/events with colour-coordinated drinks like DASH (making sure all the labels are facing forward) - it's all in the details!⁠

3/ Flowers are always a non-negotiable for me. They don't need to be elaborate or take a lot of time - simple bud vases with single, wild stems are the perfect way to accessorise your table or if you want to create more detailed centrepieces then go for it! Seasonality with florals is key for me so stick local or go forage in the garden, even adding herbs like rosemary into your arrangements can create texture and it smells so good!⁠
