We are open and offering contact-free home delivery. Please note, we are busier than ever so there are some delays with our service but we are working extremely hard to get orders out as soon as possible.

Dispatch

We usually dispatch orders placed by 2.00 pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are unlikely to be dispatched on the same day - this will affect shipping times

Delivery

48 Hour Shipping - can take between 2-3 working days from dispatch.

24 Hour Shipping - is typically 1-2 working days depending on time of dispatch. Due to the couriers not being able to guarantee this service, we cannot guarantee delivery within 24 hours of ordering.

When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship all orders placed by 2.00 pm on the same day but due to the current situation, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.
We will send an email confirmation once this has been dispatched by our warehouse.

What are my delivery options?

We currently have 2 delivery options available;

48 Hour Shipping: 2-3 working days Standard delivery is sent via Yodel. This is a tracked service and you can track your order up until your parcel has been delivered to you.

24 Hour Shipping: 1-2 working days Next working day is sent via Yodel. This is a tracked service and you can track your order up until your parcel has been delivered to you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders of four cases or more.

Can I track my order?

Your dispatch email will include a tracking number, and all our shipping services are tracked at every stage of the delivery, until your order is delivered to you.

Subscription Orders

Your subscription ‘order date’ is the date that your order is generated in your account. All subscription orders are shipped for free on a 48 hour tracked service. So, if your ‘order date’ is on a Monday, you should expect to receive your order on the Wednesday. You are able to change your order date easily from your account.

Returns
