ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

- Issue of a warning to you.
- Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
- Further legal action against you.
- Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
- We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this Acceptable Use Policy. The responses described in this policy are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

FREE PRIZE DRAW
By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
The prize draw is being run by Dash Brands Ltd. (Dash).
ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER
The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age living in the UK (Dash staff members are excluded from the draw).
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
The prize draw is free to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
The prize draw will include anyone who has entered their email address, and answered the question, on the Facebook Adverts adverts being run through the Dash Water Facebook Business Account.
To enter the prize draw simply enter your email address and answer the simple question through the Facebook Adverts adverts being run through the Dash Water Facebook Business Account.
Dash will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
The prize will be £100 worth of Dash Water.
The winner will be drawn at random.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of Dash regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The winner will be notified on each Monday during the time that the competition is live.
Dash will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Dash reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE
Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.
DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Dash for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
Providing your email address and entering the draw to win £200 worth of Dash Water does not give us consent to use your email for marketing unless you have opted-in to receive marketing communications.
All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at email@example.com
The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants if requested via Dash.
An announcement of the winners first name will be added to the bottom of the T&Cs.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dash does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Dash does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
Dash reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Loyalty Points Terms
Customers will be automatically entered into Dash Brands Ltd Loyalty Programme once they create an Dash Brands Ltd account and place their first order. Further, by accepting the loyalty points, each customer agrees to release and hold harmless Dash Brands Ltd, its licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, merchant partners, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, use or misuse of the loyalty discounts or participation in any Loyalty Programme related activity.
This Loyalty Programme is void where prohibited by law. Dash Brands Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Loyalty Programme; to be in violation of the Conditions of Use of the website, to be acting in violation of the sites Policies and Procedures; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Loyalty scheme at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the user and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Dash Brands Ltd will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
Loyalty Points Eligibility Dash Brands Ltd reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the Loyalty Programme, without notice for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of acceptable usage of our Loyalty Programme. We also reserve the right to revoke reward points if we feel the participant has tried to abuse the Loyalty Programme in any way.
Loyalty Points Expiry Dash Brands Ltd loyalty points will expire six months from the day of issue.
