Who would go the furthest for fame?

With so many budding reality TV stars and royal family members-to-be, it turns out that almost half of Brits would pull some kind of stunt to become famous. Millennials were the most fame-hungry, with almost three quarters willing to do one of the stunts for their fifteen minutes. And their stunts of choice? Reality TV or dating a celebrity they weren’t attracted to.

Gen Zs, on the other hand, were the age group most keen to get their fame by making a sex tape or sacrificing their education. The 55s and overs, however, were fine to live without fame, as around three quarters would refuse any stunts.

Our data was also very telling of regions too. London was the most fame-hungry overall, closely followed by Manchester and Bristol. Bristolians were most likely to make a sex tape, while those in Newcastle were most likely to reveal a friend’s secret, and those in Manchester were most likely to break up with their partner for fame.

So what would you do for your time in the limelight? Are you a Gen Z who’d scrap their education or a Geordie who’d leak secrets? Or maybe you’d prefer to get your lime fix from sparkling water. DASH into the limelight yourself by shopping DASH Lime today or browsing our tasty lime water recipes.
