Raspberry Mojito Recipe
Serves 1
We’d argue that raspberry mojitos are even better than traditional mint because the sweetness of the raspberries counteracts the bitterness of the rum perfectly. This is a traditional mojito recipe except we’ve switched out plain sparkling water for raspberry-infused.
Ingredients:
4-5 Mint Leaves
Half tsp Granulated Sugar
Dash raspberry sparkling water
25ml White Rum
Handful of Ice
Juice of half a Lime
Raspberries (optional)
Method:
1. Add the mint, lime juice and sugar to a jug and crush using a cocktail muddler (the back of a spoon will also work). This will bruise the mint, releasing the flavours into the sugary lime juice.
2. Add the mint mixture to a tall glass along with the ice.
3. Pour over the rum and top with raspberry sparkling water.
4. Stir thoroughly and garnish with raspberries and a sprig of mint. Don’t worry if you don’t have raspberries - the fruit water will give just the right amount of flavour.
Easy Cucumber Mojito Recipe

Our mint mojito recipe is the easiest mojito recipe you’ll find. Using cucumber infused sparkling water means there’s no need to add these ingredients yourself, as the flavour’s already there! Just pop the ingredients in your glass and stir.
Ingredients:
A sprig of Mint
25ml White Rum
Handful of ice
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a tall glass, sir and enjoy. That’s it!
